I have been researching my grandfather for some 30 years he was in the 5 dg and died at messines on the 31 of October .mr crawshay and two overs are the only ones with a common wealth war graves head stone mr crawshay his buried with another un know trooper .they where re buried at cement house .their original place of burial was some 20 miles from messines.it was brilliant to be able to read the day to accounts leading up to the 31 of October .mr crawshay is on a memorial at upper hale Aldershot.thank you for publishing the war diary
